Here's
a great tip which I picked up somewhere on the net. Wish I could remember where
so I can give full credit. Build
up a collection of snippets to make matching skin colors that much easier. Simply
select the Dropper Tool 
and click on the desired color area. You can then Flood Fill 
the selected area with that particular color.
Why not make
a collection of hair colors, coats, tops and whatever else you use often.
