This concludes the reflecting water tutorial. The water effect looks great for website graphics and gives the water effect realism.

Tip the image upside down.

Click on Image || Flip and position beneath the first so the reflection is taking shape.

You now have a mirror reflection image like the one at the right, but you still need to give the image a watery look.

Click on Effects || Blur || Motion Blur

Direction || Angle = 180

Intensity = 10 pixels

The motion blur filter gives the image a watery look.

To finish the watery effect, click on the Air Brush Tool.

Set the Foreground color to White and apply the settings as shown.

Draw quick slashes by the waters edge to give a slight ripple effect.

Merge all layers. Crop to size and save as.
