Paint Shop Pro Tutorial
Here
is an easy and effective way to place a water effect on any photograph or image.
It is quite simple to apply and gives your image a great reflecting water effect. We have used extensive screenshots with each step so the tutorial is in 2 parts to facilitate page loading times. Please follow the link below step 6 to complete.
STEP1
STEP 2 Open a new image, white background and 16 million colors. 240 x 350 The width must be the same as the original image and you roughly double the height. It is better to be too long at this stage and you can crop the image when you are finished.
Click on the original image and copy to your clipboard.
Click on the new image and paste as a new layer.
Position the image at the top of the canvas.
Add a new layer. Layers || New Raster Layer Click
on the Air Brush Tool
Draw a wobbly black line across the bottom of the image.
STEP 6 Paste the original image that should still be on your clipboard to your canvas again. CTL + L or Edit || Paste || As New Layer Please follow the link below to complete this water effect tutorial
