Pointilism
is the technique of representing the shadows and highlights of a picture
using dots. This psp pointilism tutorial shows you how to make a photograph
into a pointilism image.
 STEP
1
Open
up a photo you would like to change.
 STEP

Add
a little Noise Filter Effect to make the image grainy. Effects
|| Noise || Add Noise
= 15 %
Uniform = Checked
 STEP
3
Sharpen
the image to give it more grain.
This image has had the "Sharpen More" filter applied 3 times.
Your image may not need to be sharpened as much.

Decrease
the colors to 2 colors.
