Lord Of War, tower defense / td game'Lord Of War' is a tower defense (td) game that will keep serious online players challenged for hours. The objective of the game is to place towers in strategic positions to stop the 10 different creeps / enemies from completing their path. Players are required to manage and upgrade their towers to get to higher levels. There are 6 different towers to upgrade between. Tower defense games are easy to play, firstly you click on one of the towers seen on the right side of the game, then click on the map to position the tower. Once you have the towers in place, click on 'Next Wave' along the top GUI to start the stream of creeps. Tower defense / defence games are rapidly gaining popularity. The introductory page gives the player four choices:
Once the tower defense game starts, the right side GUI (graphic user interface) displays a list of towers the player can choose from. Rolling your mouse pointer over each of them brings up further information such as the name, cost, damage score, speed and the range area of reach etc. The top GUI displays a link back to the main menu, how much gold, lives and points that have been scored, as well as an option to turn the sound on or off at will. The bottom GUI displays the level currently being played.
