Sling-O-Ween

Sling-O-Ween is a free online action game everyone will enjoy. The object of the game is to sling the pumpkin from one space rock to the next, collecting candy and avoiding ghosts along the way. Colliding with an evil ghost or pumpkin will end the game.

Use your left mouse to aim, drag and grab onto the next space rock. Don't let go too soon or you'll fall back to earth. Here's a handy hint, the faster you climb, the more candy there is to be found :)

Shown below is an example of how to make a design plan if you wanted to create a scary game similar to 'Sling-O-Ween'.

 Ezone - A two man game design company based in Perth, Western Australia. Well known for their popular 'Lenny Loosejocks' series of games.

One sentence description:
A halloween game where you need to sling the pumpkin from one space rock to the next, collecting candy and avoiding ghosts along the way.

Scenario / World:


The game scenario is based in the sky amongst space rocks and moonlight.

Mode:


 Single Player

Objectives:

Sling the halloween pumpkin from one rock to the next and collect all the candy.



Characters:

The main character is the pumpkin that you need to sling from one rock to the next. It's designed to look like a halloween pumpkin head.



Audio / visual aesthetics:


Graphics are simple, yet sufficient for great online gaming fun. They are cartoonish in style.

The top GUI (graphical user interface) on the first playing screen from left to right includes:

  • a pause button
  • an icon to turn music on and off

  • Scores - to view high scores
  • Play - starts game
