Handy
Tip : Using web safe colors makes sure that your web pages
will look the way that you intend your pages to look. Using hexidecimal
numbers that are not of the 216 safe colors specified may make
your pages look differently in different browers. Use our rgb
color chart to choose your web safe colors.

Change the Foreground
color to a Light Red and draw a Vertical line down the left side of the
paper, in from the edge by about 2 grid spaces, if required.
Turn off the Grid (View || Grid) and check your work.
Deselect the image. CTRL + D
STEP
12 You will now add some "Punch" holes to the paper.
Add a New Layer. Change the Foreground Color to Null
and the Background Color to a bright solid color.

Select
the Preset Shapes Tool
and under the Toggle Tool Options
apply the settings; Shape = Circle Antialias = Checked Line
Width = 1 Line Style = Solid
Draw
a small circle on your paper.
Select the Mover Tool
and position the circle in place. Step 14
Copy the Circle to Your Clipboard and Paste as a New Layer.
Move the Circle into place. CTRL + C ...... CTRL + L
Repeat for a third circle.

Click
on the Tolggle Layers Palette
and turn off Layers 1 & 2 by clicking on the "Glasses".

16 Now
go to Layers || Merge || Merge Visible STEP
17 Go
back to the Toggle Layers Palette, ( see step 15) and turn Layers
1 & 2 back on by clicking on the glasses again. STEP
18 Click
on the Selection Tool
and make a rectangle selection around the holes, Antialias off.
Click on one of the holes to make them the active selection. STEP
19 Bring
up the Toggle Layer Palette
and click on Layer 2 to make that layer active. Now hit your "Delete"
key. STEP
20 Right Click on the "Floating Selection"
and delete that layer. STEP
21 Delete
Layer 1 to make your image have a transparent background. Go to
Layers || Merge || Merge Visible Copy your image and paste
it as a new image. Resize to suit . Go File || Export
and export it as a Picture Tube. You now have a Notepad to send
notes around the world.
