How
to make notebook paper
Here's
a great psp tutorial that teaches how to make authentic looking notepaper for
your webpage images. The note paper tutorial uses extensive screenshots to make
it easier to follow. We
have split this tutorial into 2 parts to facilitate page loading times. Please
follow the link after step 10 to complete the tutorial. STEP
1 Open a New
Image 400 x 400 Transparent Background 16 Million Colors STEP
2 Flood
Fill the image with
a dark color. This will make it easer for you to see the work you will be performing. STEP
3 Add a New
Layer. Layers || New Raster Layer STEP
4 Change
the background color to White, STEP 5 Click
the Selection Tool
and apply the settings; Selection
Type = Rounded Rectangle Feather = 0 Antialias = Checked
Flood Fill
the Rectangle area with White.

Go to View-Change
Grid and Guide Properties. You will change the settings here to
make the lines on your paper, so you need to set them at a size to suit your needs.
A good rule of thumb is to set the Horizontal and Vertical at around 23.

7 Turn
on the Grid. View || Grid
STEP

Now you will draw the lines on your paper using the grid
lines as a guide for spacing.
With
the White Rectangle still selected, change the Foreground Color to a Light Blue
and the Background Color to Null .

Select
the Draw Tool and
under the Toggle Tool Options
apply the settings. Type
= Single Line Width = 1 Line Style = Solid Antialias = Checked STEP
10 Drawing the paper lines. Using
the Grid as a guide, position your mouse where the lines will appear, click and
hold the left mouse button down, hold down the shift key and draw a straight line
across the canvas. Repeat this for all the lines down the paper.
Leave a header space at the top and bottom of the paper. Follow
