another layer Layers>New Raster Layer Zoom
in on your image .
While holding the Shift key, draw a white straight line as shown
in the example below (Use the same settings in Step 6, only this time set
Line Width = 10)
While selection is active, apply the Gaussian Blur filter Image>Blur>Gaussian
Blur Radius = 2.5 Step

Add a new layer Layers>New Raster Layer Apply a drop
shadow Image>Effects>Drop Shadow Shadow
Color = Black Opacity = 90 Blur = 10 Vertical Offset = 3 Horizontal
Offset = 0 Deselect
Selections>Select None Merge Layers and Save As Now
you may add text to the image and make your navigation bars.
