Handy
Tip: Click
on the Visibility button to
hide a single layer. To hide all layers, right click on any Layer
Name button and choose View > None from the pop-up menu.

STEP

We will now color the skin sections of the Photograph. Add
a New Layer. Name the New Layer "skin".
Select the
Freehand
Lasso Tool
and draw around the skin section just as you have done to the Hair layer.
Zooming in on
the image will help with detail.
You now need to deselect the Eyes and The Necklace.
Just
keep the Ctrl key held down, and with the lasso tool go
around one eye, then right click on the eye. Now hold the Ctrl key
down again and do the other eye. Then the necklace and the mouth.

STEP

Flood
Fill the skin selection with color. Red = 255 Green = 203
Blue = 153 Deselect
the image and follow step 7 again (Change mode to Color, Blend layer opacity)
and merge the color into the image.

To
Finish the Image.
Keep adding a new layer, drawing around
the selected area, flood filling with color, changing the layers mode to color
and blending the layer. When coloring the eyes, follow the Changing
Eye Color Tutorial. Different photos will need different colors,
so play around with colors and the layers opacity blend until you get your desired
effect.
