How to Resize windows in MAC OS X
When moving from a PC to MAC, one of the first things you notice is that not all windows are automatically maximised. Even when you press the green cross in the top left corner it doesn't always fully fill the screen. Now I've used a MAC for a couple of months, I actually prefer this, however there were times in the beginning when I detested it.
So how exactly do you resize a MAC windows to your own preferences?
It's easier than you think. Look toward the bottom right corner of your window and you'll notice a little ribbed tag, similar to the image shown below.

Now use your mouse to drag that ribbed corner tag inward or outward.
