How to make Balloon Graphics
Here is an easy and
fun way to make festive balloons with Paint Shop Pro. In fact you just
make one balloon and Export that as a Picture
Tube, then whenever you need some balloons, they are there for
you and you just color them to whatever you want.
This
is a 2 part tutorial to facilitate page loading time, as we have used extensive
screenshots to illustrate each step. Let's
get in to it. STEP
1 Open a New
Image. Have it fairly large to make work easier.
400 x 400
Transparent
Background
16 Million Colors STEP
2 Set the
Foreground Color to White and Flood Fill 
the image. This will make it easy to see each step and you can revert back to
the transparent image later on. STEP
3 Add
a New Layer
Layers || New Raster Layer  STEP
4
Click
on the Selection Tool 
then the Toggle Tool Options Window  .
Set the Selection Type to Ellipse and draw a balloon shape
onto the canvas.  STEP
5
Select the Flood Fill Tool
and set the Color Palette to Sunburst Gradient.
Apply
the settings as in the image at right. You can use any color that you like. Flood
Fill your image.
