Step 7
Again, select the Drawing Tool and while holding down the [Shift] key, draw a white line inside the bar close to the upper edge of the bar.

Drawing Tool Settings:
Type = Single Line
Width = 15
Antialias = checked
Create as Vector = NOT checked
Close Path = NOT checked

Step 8

While the bar selection is active, apply a Gaussian Blur Filter

Effects>Blur>Gaussian Blur
Radius = 3.00

Step 9

Add another layer
Layers>New Raster Layer

Step 10

Again, pick the Drawing Tool and while holding down the [Shift] key, draw a white line inside the bar close to the lower edge of the bar

Drawing Tool Settings:
Type = Single Line
Width = 5
Antialias = checked
Create as Vector = NOT checked
Close Path = NOT checked

Step 11

While bar selection is active, again apply a
Gaussian Blur Filter

Image>Blur>Gaussian Blur) Radius = 3.00

Step 12

Merge all layers
Layers>Merge>Merge All (Flatten)

Step 13

Deselect Image

"Save As" and you are done.

ADDITIONAL CREATIVE EFFECTS

After you merge all Layers and before deselecting the image, Press keyboards Shift + U and apply RGB colors. This image settings are Red = 40 Green = 20 Blue = 0

Play around with the RGB settings to create different colors.

You can add 3D divider lines


Make the Bar as long as you want and place some text into each Divide.
